"On Monday I contacted the Mattress Store by telephone. Being elderly and not very mobile it was important that my old mattress was removed. No problem, a brief discussion with a member of the Mattress Store team and my needs were met. On Tuesday afternoon two helpful delivery guys swapped old for new and I enjoyed a restful night and all this at a reasonable cost!"
